Zach Midwood is a dedicated real estate professional based in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, specializing in single-family and multifamily sales throughout Bristol County and Rhode Island.
Originally from Mattapoisett, Zach now calls Fairhaven home, where he enjoys the town’s historic charm, the rhythm of the seasons, and the strength of its close-knit community. His real estate journey began in 2018 with multifamily investing, purchasing his first three-family in New Bedford. Since then, he has built a portfolio of 38 apartments throughout New Bedford and Fall River and is actively continuing to grow. That hands-on experience in renovating properties, managing tenants, and navigating the unique challenges of multifamily ownership gives his clients a clear advantage. In June 2019, he became a licensed Realtor, combining his passion for investing with helping others achieve their real estate goals.

Before real estate, Zach worked in the environmental field but found his true calling in real estate — building wealth and freedom for himself and his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, basketball, golf, and spending time with his family and their black lab, Norman.
